Tips & Notice

1000g grain mill voltage is 110V; load power is 2800W and the rated power is 600W.2000g grain mill voltage is 110V; load power is 3500W and the rated power is 700W.Grind dry items into fine powder within 30 seconds, The grinding time can be prolonged or shortened according to your needs.

The carbon brush motor may generate sparks in the case of overload, and emit the smell of carbon brush, which is a bit like burning smell. Please Tighten the carbon brushes on both sides or Reducing the amount of grinding powder can avoid this situation.

Help you to operate the grinder better

Please don’t over the capacity once a time ( 1000g / 2000g ) .

Please don’t fill up grinder 100% , leave some space for the machine to work will be more efficient.

If the machine doesn’t work, please check if the carbon brushes are loosing. Reinstall them.

Please make sure off items you grinding is dry.

How to exchange Carbon Brushes

Three steps to exchange carbon brush

Please find the carbon brush port on both side of the grinder. Please rotate the nut counterclockwise with a slotted screwdriver till the little carbon brush loose enough to take out.Put your new carbon brush into the port, and tighten the nut clockwise.

Tips:

Sometimes the grinder machine is not working without any performance such as bad smell or smoke. Please don’t worry and cut off the power. Check whether the CARBON BRUSHES are loosing, please tighten them then try to start the grinder.
