Q:My new camera can’t record video. How to solve the problem?

A:1.Please note that you should format the SD card and insert it when the camera is out of power.

2.Please check if time zone is correct.

3.check your storage location whether it is on SD card or Cloud.

Q:Why do I fail to connect with the App scan code?

A:The camera should work with IPC360 App.It can’t support Victure Home App.

Q:Why can’t I connect my camera?I tried many times.

A:1. The Wi-Fi band should be 2.4Ghz rather than dual-band. The app must be IPC360 App rather than others.

2. While connected, please open the phone volume and location service.

3. First put the camera close to the network connection, and then place the application a little farther away if you need.

Q:Why can’t I see the video of motion detection in IPC360 APP?

A:Please check the Video Storage Location setting in IPC360 APP.Make sure whether you use Micro SD card or Cloud to storage.
