When need to press Reset Button？

2.Unable to connect the camera device after accidentally deleted. Please reset and connect agin.

3.Unable to connect it due to power failure or network disconnection, Please reset and connect agin.

4.When it show the camera is not online. Please reset and connect agin.

Why the camera fail to connect the wifi?

1. Please make sure that the wifi connected to phone and camera is same.

2. The camera only work with 2 4GHz wifi, not support 5GHz.

3. If the camera too far from the router, the WIFI signal will be reduced by walls, and it may lead to the weak wifi signal, which result in unstable connection to the internet.

4. Slow network can affect the speed of connection and adversely impact performance.

ICsee Phone APP Istall:

Dowload ICsee APP

1. Use wifi to connect. Make sure your phone connect wifi is your home wifi.

2. Use ethernet to connect. Make sure your phone connect wifi is ethernet wifi.

3. Open ICsee and Register your personal account

4. When login will have some function authorization requests, the camera functions can be used normally after authorization, we will not disclose your privacy, and all your information is confidential. Please no worry about this.

Plug in power

1. Before Plug in power we suggest that you see intallation guide first

2. After Power please connect the camera within 3 minute.

After Login ICsee

1. Press the + sign in the upper right corner.

2. Press Set Up My Device In Wi-Fi and continune press Next Step

3. Confirm your phone is connect your home WIFI, then it will show connecting.

4. After scan set your camera connect password.

5. Back to Dvice you can see it is work.

Connection successful

After clicking the video, you will find more functions in it, it can be set as you like.

PC Window Istall:

Through our link “ipcam.xin” to download the PC program then unzip the file and select EasyVMS to Install.

Open the program just press Login, there is no password.

Setting

Reset your Password in Setting.

1. Press Account management

2. Select admin and modify it.

3. Set your new password.

ADD Device

Add all the camera devices you have.

1. Press device manage.

2. Choose All in Detect protocol at Lower right.

3. Choose all the camera IP you have in lower left and press add batch.

4. Finally to press OK.

Live

You can add 36 devices once-time and see in Live.
