Set up smart plug on eFamilyCloud App

Step 1: Search for the “eFamilyCloud” on the App store or Google Play or Scan the QR Code on the User Manual to download and install.

Step 2: Register/Login to the App using your phone number or email address. Verification code will be sent if you are attempting to register.

Step 3: Tap “Add Device” or the “+” icon.

Step 4: Connect your device to a socket and Long press the on/off button for 6s until the light fast flashing (1s flashes 2 times)

Step 5: Select the device and tap “Confirm indicator rapidly blink”.

Step 6: Input the WiFi password to your device and then tap “Done”.

Warm Tips:

1. The smart plug only support 2.4Ghz wifi router, can not support 5Ghz wifi network.

2. If there are 2.4GHz and 5GHz in your router. You should turn off he 5ghz wifi first, then please connect the plug to the only 2.4Ghz ,after set up successfully, then you can turn on the 5Ghz (changing the channel broadcasting frequencies from dual broadcasting at 2.4GH and 5GH to only broadcasting at 2.4GHz)
