One of earbuds is no working? Take it easy, maybe the earbud in mono mode .

Please try to reset the earbuds as below operation:

1. Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing and delete the Bluetooth connection record on the your device. Switch off the Bluetooth function of your phone.

2. Put the Bluetooth wireless earbuds back into the charging box and long press the left and right earbuds for 15 seconds.

3. After while, open the charging case’s cover, the wireless earphones will automatically turn on and pair with each other again.

4. Turning on your device Bluetooth function, choose the “F9” in your pairing list to connect again.

If it still does not work, please try several times to be successful.

One Step Connection

This F9 Bluetooth 5.0 earbuds are super easy to connect. Open the cover and the wireless earphones will automatically turn on and pair with each other.

Use for the first time: Open the charging box, the green light circles in the wireless earbuds flash 3 times and automatically pair with each other. The beep sound represents successful pairing. Turn on the Bluetooth of cellphone and tap “F9” to pair.

Second time: Open the charging box and turn Bluetooth on your phone, earbuds will connect to your phone (connected last time) automatically.
